Ashley's first pair of french braids!
I won't lie... I gave her that popsicle as a bribe to sit still while I braided her hair!
Then we went outside for some pictures in the playhouse.

And here are some pictures of Ashley and her friend Loretta, who came over to play the other day.
The first two (four) are my favorites. I can't decide if I like them better in color or black and white, so I posted them both.
Lorretta's mom and I went out for lunch yesterday, and I can't help but think that they look like little "us's" (or we, big versions of them!)
The girls also played in the sandbox. This one (above) brings the wine stomping episode of "I Love Lucy" to mind. ;-)
Loretta is SO pretty!
